China Pavilion

China Pavilion covers an area of 33000 square meters, with a construction area of nearly 20000 square meters. The architectural style not only contains the charm of ancient Chinese architecture, but also shows the charm of modern architecture, combining the Han Dynasty palace garden architecture and the architectural features of southern folk houses. Blue Wadan ridge powder wall, gray blue is the color of Hanwa, solemn and elegant; pink white is a pure color, representing peace and harmony, closely linked to the theme of the World Expo. The white marble pillars on both sides of the viewing platform are the Chinese watch we are very familiar with and a symbol of our five thousand years of Chinese civilization. The watch was presented to the Expo Park by the Beijing Municipal People's Government. It imitates the Chinese watch in front of Beijing Tiananmen Square and is carved at a ratio of 0.9:1. Hua table ancient name "slander wood", after the name "Hua table wood". According to legend, Yao and Shun set up wooden pillars in the traffic lanes and court halls to let people write admonitions on them. The wooden pillars later evolved into Chinese watches and became columnar buildings used as signs and decorations in front of ancient palaces, tombs, city walls and bridges. Please see, there is a pillar base under this Chinese watch. The pillar body is carved with flat dragon and decoration, and the top has squatting beast. Its name is Kong (sound "roar"). Before and after Tiananmen Square in Beijing, there are two pairs of holes in front of the Chinese watch, with their heads facing outward, expressing hope that the monarch will not abandon the government because of nostalgia for mountains and rivers, but should return in time to govern the government. The back pair of holes, with their heads facing inward, expressing hope that the monarch will not sink his wine and show sympathy for his subjects. Corresponding to the Huabiao is a pair of stone lions presented to the World Expo by the People's Government of Hebei Province.

Each dragon pillar is carved lifelike and is a masterpiece in the relief pillar. There are three pools of water below, reflecting the good customs of the Naxi people in Lijiang to save water. They are drinking, washing and washing water. Next to Anyuan is Siyuan, a place where people and nature live in harmony.

The

passes through the corridor and is a paradise. The paradise has the characteristics of Jiangnan gardens in China. The three-curve bridge and the herringbone bridge divide the pool into three parts. The garden is equipped with stone tables, stone benches, stone lanterns and other architectural sketches, which are fresh and pleasant. Next to the paradise is Qinyuan, which is a typical literati garden, highlighting the literati's indifferent to fame and fortune and elegant temperament. "Plum, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum" are planted in the garden, which increases the peaceful cultural atmosphere.
